Surrounded by Copper County State Forest to the north, south and east and Ottawa National Forest to the west, you will find thousands of acres of forestlands suitable for hunting, hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and ATVing.

Explore nearby waterfalls like Tibbets Falls, Upper Falls, Canyon Falls, and Sturgeon Falls. Not far away is the East Branch of the Ontonagon River and the Sturgeon River where you will discover the type of Upper Peninsula trout fishing waters that were celebrated in the legendary writings of Ernest Hemingway. Although remote, the towns of Baraga and L'Anse provide all of the necessities for northern living.
